nerf most of the monsters. A lot of monsters can insta kill you or chase you forever until you die, even if you hide under table

The enemies seem easy enough to avoid, but I've had a few instances where my group is in the truck and a monster either just goes into the truck and kills everyone or stands right at the entrance and camps you. Like that one enemy that's like the Spirited Away mask guy that's an instant kill, or the guy with the gun.
I've literally had multiple runs where one of those either spawns in the very first room and ends the run, or spawns in the truck room and ends the run.
