Question about installing mods

Do all people in your lobby have to install the same mods to see them properly, or is it just the one hosting who needs to save the mods?

Some mods are "server side" mods where only the server needs them, but in general, most mods are needed by everyone. I recommend using r2modman to easily manage and share Thunderstore mods with your friends.
