fix medkit bug but make every round start at full.
there is a bug with medkits that you can use them to heal in the truck at shop without actually buying them. obviously this needs to get fixed but i think starting each level at full hp is more than a fair ask.

Yes, with as easy as it already is to get killed, fully healing between rounds would not be unfair.
