extraction bug
a friend and i were playing earlier today and we came to a service shop. the extraction point (where you buy shop items) usually starts closed and opens up when you enter, but this time it wouldn't open (pressing the button gave an error noise) and we had to leave the shop after being unable to buy any upgrades/spend any money. might be worth looking into, i've never had it happen before
