Mouse issues, anyone else?

This weird bug is happening where my mouse stops holding any objects, and it won't lock onto objects after they are spotted. I tried to click the hold button instead of toggle, but the same issues keeps happening. I've tried using new ports, different mouses, reinstalling the game. Nothing is working. Is this happening to anyone else? Or can any one troubleshoot?

i cant look around by using the mouse and when i turn off the game and come it works then the issue comes again
