Cause: Exception

Hi I'm trying to play the game co-op with my friends but whenever I join it makes me leave and displays cause: exception. Does anyone have a fix to this bug?

I am having this same issue. If I host the game, i can join and it will run fine for a round or two and then crash with the same "Cause: Exception", mostly in between rounds

one of our group members is also having it. they hosted and was fine for a few maps, bu then got the error ingame

I have the same issue of not being able to get into a friend's game. However, I was also able to host a game for one and a half rounds before this error message. I've updated drivers and checked my firewall I hope someone finds a fix.

Hey guys, found a solution on my end. Check for apps like CFOSSPEED and uninstall it, that's what was causing my problem

It comes with my motherboard command center (Gigabyte)

i just wanted to say you literally saved my life, that app was destroying my connection on everything such as youtube and twitch. I deleted the cfossspeed and my wifi actually works on my pc you are a lifesaver man i just want you to know

I have a gigabyte motherboard and this ♥♥♥♥ app has been causing ALL OF THE ISSUES ive been having with my new pc, you are a legend.

Hi, I solved this problem by updating the LAN drivers on my mobo. My game was running only on wifi before this. I have a gigabyte motherboard and I got the drivers from their website on the support page on my specific motherboard. Hope this solves your issue

I got this error 3 times today during ~1,5 hours of gameplay. Do anyone know any fix for this? Cause : Exception
