Audio Bug?? HELP!!

My friends and I were playing and on several different occasions during our session, any one of us would not have any prox. chat and could not communicate with any of our other teammates unless using TTS. We didn't have the issue during our morning session at all, but 3 of the 6 of us experienced this during the second. Verifying game files seems to be a temporary fix, but none of us know how to trigger the bug. It seemingly happens at random; I was dead in a lobby with someone else and mid sentence, he stopped speaking and was never to be heard from again (for the rest of the game, of course).
Has anyone else experienced this, or is it specific to something that one of us is doing?
Any and all help would be appreciated!

we have this issue where if someone dies voice chat stops working unless you're the person that's dead

Restart your game, it fixes usually when you do this other then the dead one, idk how to fix that one

Confirmed, Playing with my brother his voice chat drops out of game and I can only TTS with him. We have to restart the game to fix it. Discord chat works just fine though and he doesnt drop out there. Admittedly it could be he is dropping a packet or his internet hiccups maybe IDK but its immersion killing when the voice chat drops out like this and we have to resort to discord until the match ends. Didnt have an issue yesterday but today its bad.

This is happening for my group too. It's happened to all four of us and we've tried every possible fix, including restarting computers.
