Someone actually mentioned in the game, you can turn down some options to make it better.
These options I turned down to improve the visuals making me feel less sick:
Pixelation> Small - Graphics settings
Chromatic abberation, grain, glitch loop, lens distortion - All off
Gameplay settings changed: Gamershake - 0% / Camera Noise 0% and camera animation - off.
All these settings made me feel less sick which was great to be able to play. I was watching some other streams play normal and I could feel tension in my head and started to feel sick, I just could not watch but the above settings I feel better.
I hope this helps.
