Steam Controller No Longer Works

Steam controllers no longer work for me in game. It asks to press any button and it is completely unresponsive. Please fix this! Let me know if there is any other information I can provide.

Have the same issue but don't expect it to be fixed. Microsoft closed Press Play back in March. A shame cause the game was great.

Thanks for the information. That sucks that they patched the game and broke it indefinitely and then shut down the studio ...

Oh no! I have the exact same problem. How in the world did they manage to "patch" a basic functionality?

Of course, it still plays perfectly with my xbox 360 controllers. The patch didn't break *that*.

I wonder if this can be fixed on the Valve side if XBox controllers work.

Just an update. I know a few people at Valve that I work with on the Steam hardware. They said I can e-mail them and they can forward it on, as it is most likely a Steam controller issue. Hopefully we can get this working again soon :)

I would submit a ticket for this. The more reports the better. I didn't get any timeframe, but they said they reproduced the issue and was moving towards the programming pipeline.
