Hi I guess you were late joining the gta online community.

This game is peer to peer and your in a public lobby filled with vpn using third world internet connections and modders.

Sooo the result is very very long to permanent black screen loading events when trying to perform any task that involves entering structures or doing stuff.
This has been the way of GTA online since pc release.

Several years ago people found out that if you use resmon (part of windows) to suspend the gta network process for a few seconds and resume, the black screen event will end and you will load into your structure because you have just separated yourself from the rest of the session while keeping a copy of the session to yourself without ever disconnecting. ( you will see everyone else disconnect)

Additionally if you intend to do any heists or jobs, do not launch them from a public lobby, this results in you being thrown back into a public lobby afterwards and 50/50 chance you will be stuck black screened or crashed lol.
