proof that Michael and Claude aren't the same person

i am absolutely sick of theories that Michael and Claude are the same person, and i have proof that this theory isn't true at all

1. Michael looks nothing like Claude
2. Both have their own names
3. Different eye color
4. Claude is mute, and Michael can talk
5. Claude is at late 20 in 2001, and Michael is at mid 30s in 2004
6. Michael was already married to Amanda since late 1980s or early 1990s, and Claude's girlfriend was Catalina from 1992 to 2001
7. Last but not least, GTA 3 and GTA 5 take place in different universe, there's no way Claude exist in GTA 5 universe
