i havent used melee on bikes in this game since like 2017 forgot it existed

I only remembered because i was fooling around with it earlier, the game does a terrible job explaining the mechanic and it is hardly used .
I think it's only use is in the supply missions where it allows you to avoid all police attention.

You need to have melee weapon equipped as well (fists work too).
