Battleye Kick

Ever since the introduction of Battleye I can not get into multiplayer at all. I make a character (since transfer isn't an option) and go to load in, sits for 5 minutes then says "kicked by battleye" and no reason given, R* support is about as useful as a sack of ♥♥♥♥, and every fix I found online has done nothing. Anyone else having this issue, or have any fixes

Why would Rockstar support know you should be contacting Battle eye, most likely they caught a program that is flagged running or you just been banned already by it... Either way its a battle eye issue not a rockstar one...

I have the same problem when switching characters:

Try this, it helps most of the time, at least for me:
Boot into STORY mode. Then boot into online into an invite only session! Afterwards you should be able to join public again.

Never been banned by BE in any other game, I have WeMod on my PC for single player games, but never have it running if I'm in a multiplayer game.

Hmmm, I'll try that, but I know it is gonna make me create character again and even though there are 2 on my profile, they apparently don't exist enough to try and load Online with them, just tells me to make a new character

sounds weird ... I never was asked to create a new character after migration. And I do have two chars.
So you never where able to join an online session? Not even once?

Not with Enhanced, I deleted legacy when I saw the Enhanced came out. had no issues for years with the original, all my issues seem to stem from Battleye being added

You do know that legacy also used battleye since some time? Maybe you should reinstall battleye? And doing the usual stuff like verifying game files etc. And may I ask why you don't migrate your legacy chars?

It doesnt show me an option to migrate legacy characters. and one of the first things i tried was deleting the battleye files and validating with steam

ill try reinstalling Legacy in abit just to see if there as an issue there, i havent been on my pc since the update came out for the FIB files thing first came out, so unless there were some updates after that, i dont know

weird again ... afair you should have been asked at the first start ... now it get's worse. There is actuall another way to migrate through an option in the online menu ... which you can't enter without joining an online session at least once XD

Yea, i think i remember that menu when i first switched to PC GTAV from 360, i had the same issue back then, i couldn't migrate my 360 character till i was in game.
