ive done everything, been to r* website opened the ports and made the recommended settings updated bios, nvidia drivers ... vpn, no vpn .... doesnt matter

anyone else having these issues?

Yes, it's annoying and the only 'fix' is play alone in an invite only session. The more people vote with their wallets and complain to rockstar the more chance it has of being fixed.

Yes, but I've always had those issues. Mostly because my PC is pegged at 100% usage while running GTAO.

I have iss to..any I max my memory and have a 1 tb hard disk. with THIS VER OF GTA

HOW? It's bad hosts, and it's an old ass game with a new one due in the fall, lol. They are not gonna spend money adding dedicated servers to this game it's a miracle they let us have enhanced before six came out, lol. They gonna leave us to play with Enhanced for 1 to 3 years, then give us GTA 6 lol

PC users they hate the ♥♥♥♥ out of almost went bankrupt when Vice City became the most pirated game on earth on release lol Since then console been their bread and butter and next gen consoles are better then 80% of PC players pcs lol.

That is real issue is people with bad net or bad pcs being the peer to peer hosts lol

Also I to bought this over 10 years ago, so how do I vote with my wallet lol. What I don't buy GTA 6 that won't be on PC for years?

ok so this is an ongoing issue since pc released gta V.

You are playing in a public session on a peer to peer basis filled with third world internet connections with everyone trying to use vpn and mods.
It is a miracle you can connect to any session.

Unfortunately rockstar's online products do not support multiplayer as much as they claim to.

Play in a invite only session and watch everything load in seconds.
If you ever go to a public session with the intention of "doing stuff" take note that public sessions cannot handle "doing stuff".

it's not a computer problem, it's a session not responding problem.

Keep taking screenshots of you getting stuck and post them as "GTA online enhanced gameplay" Eventually i will show up on the screenshot feed here on steam and perhaps rockstar will notice it and fix it.
