Why would need a website to tell you that you are banned when you get an email from R* informing you that you are banned.

if you were banned, you would know the moment you start the game because it would tell you on startup, so you don't need to worry about it for now until they decide to fix something

i try to start the game via steam but the rs launcher start in bg and ask me to verify via a non exist email, try to find a easy way to rs support, can someone help me plz
