Fix Load Issues & GTA V Online is Back

I am having some issues in public lobbies where it takes an abnormally long time to load into the casino, your mobile operations center, bunker, etc. Even just switching from the floor Casino to the Penthouse is taking long to load on an SSD, an issue not present in the legacy version.

Online feels better. Hopefully I am not speaking too soon but, finally, you can get into fights with people in-game, sniper battles, etc. without having some rage hacker in the lobby start teleporting you everywhere or disconnecting you.

This game is kino. Something about just casualling playing and listening to music hits the spot. The only reason I stopped was because of rage hackers.

It's because people in the same lobby as you have slow internet. It goes off the slowest persons internet.

I'm having the same issue and my PC and Internet connection are too of the line.
