No. Not really. Rockets and missiles still fling the car around during which you cannot aim to shoot back....they don't have to be guided.
working pretty good for me so far, give it a try. i crash directly into them and shoot em out the windows quickly. most these kids cant manually aim the missiles very well.
yup the weight is another great thing about the Dukes for sure. it's great for ramming and doesn't get quite as knocked around by missiles as lighter cars do like BlazeD is worried about.
if they added the missile Jammer to the weaponized Tampa that would help make it somewhat viable for Freemode combat even without explosive armor but until then.... i never use mine. the Tampa, Vigilante, and Ruiner2000 are 3 vehicles with amazing potential that unfortunately dont see the light of day cuz they can't take even one explosion. it's just not worth it to try to do combat with something so easily blown up.
