How to delete a character slot? (URGENT HELP)

So I know this is weird but I created an alt character for the 4M dolllars bonus and deleted it once idk why but I am not able to delete that character, I mean I did delete it but that was in the prison thing not in the official character slot. I cannot view that now?

I really need that bonus and if I am now creating a new character I am not getting the bonus and I get the money I have in my original character

The bank account is shared throughout both characters, so yep, you'll only see the money your other character banked. The initial bonus for a new character seems to be a one time thing (dunno, I've never done that, I've migrated from Legacy and still using only one char). Maybe deleting both characters and starting new would work, but I guess that's out of question, is it? Who would like to loose their hard progress for measly 4 mil in game's currency? If your main char has any businesses, just do them, play the game, making dough isn't rocket science. Lots of stuff can be done solo, or with a friend, you'll get more than 4 mil GTA$ in no time.
