Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced

Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced

View Stats:
is it playable on low end hardware?
for comparison, the legacy version ran on my toaster.. RDR2 also ran on lowest settings looking like a ps3 game. does enhanced still run on low spec or does it force the need for newer hardware?
Edit: is legacy still supported and playable online?

PC players on the Legacy version will be separate from those on the new Enhanced version, so anyone who wants to play with friends will need to make sure they are playing the same version of the game.

Playable? Yes. The most graphically stunning? No. I have a GTX 1650 and it plays...alright. But, it is what it is until I can get a stinking new graphics card at MSRP.

If you were able to play legacy on your PC you'll be able to play this and likely get slightly better frames + better loading times (assuming you use an SSD). I play on a Ryzen 5, RX 570 with 16GB of DDR4 RAM which isn't great and can get 60FPS at "very high" graphics

from the little ive read about em, the lower end RTX cards dont live up to the hype and get outperformed by the GTX 1000 series, especially the 1080 .. only the top of the line RTXs seem to deliver next gen performace.

just trying to clear up a misunderstanding of enhanced vs legacy my friend. im not sure if the legacy version is still playable because only the enhanced version shows up for purchase now. check the edit on the original post.
so if i cant buy the old version anymore, does enhanced run on hardware the old version did?
