I've been getting this error for the past week every time I try to load into a session on the enhanced version. All my drivers and everything is up to date and I'm not sure what to do to fix this. Does anyone have any ideas on what i can do to fix this?

Its probably something simple like your wifi, or firewall settings in norton 360.

I restarted my wifi already and I dont have norton 360

Do you browse in another window during loading screens? Sometimes if I'm doing that I get random can't connect or Battleeye errors
