Buy the Kosatka and solo spam the Caya Perico heist, worth buying the sparrow to make setup missions near instant + getting the best helicopter in the game.

When it's on cooldown, do the Pacific Standard heist. Every other money making method in this game is garbage in comparison.

the race around the prison is the shortest race
with an autoshop you can bypass the level/race requirements for car parts..additionally, you get free classic paint jobs and 10% off everything

I don't know if I can do the Pacific heist because can't afford a apparment but bought the Frogger because it was free so when I get home gonna look at the Cayo heist ty

This is well said. Shortest race in the game (in terms of both distance and time for completion). I grinded this race without other players to unlock paint jobs and what not.. but eventually, R* released the Tuners DLC which allowed us to purchase an autoshop that provides a discount to car upgrades, has all the locked items unlocked (still locked in other custom shops until unlocked by completing requirements), and will let you use crew or classic paint jobs for FREE.

High end apartment heists (aka classic heists) are something you need to complete in order before you can select which ever you want to run. Pacific Standard is the last heist in the series. Before you get there, you have to complete the others.

The five heists, in order, are:
- Fleeca Bank Job
- Prison Break
- A Series
- Humane Labs
- Pacific Standard

These can be difficult for an inexperienced player in Enhanced version because there is little to no communication mediums offered. If you can't communicate with your team, your teammates can't share tricks and advice that might help, can't help coach or teach you, can't even let you know to not do something that might jeopardize the heist. This is the most evident on Prison Break because everyone needs to do their job 100%, which requires knowing the job..

This is not level 1 advice.. I already talked about what's required for the Pacific Standard heist. Luckily acquiring a sub isn't terribly difficult. Some cutscenes you have to do and then you can buy the sub from Warstock Cache & Carry for a couple mil. Fortunately, you can make that couple mil back in a couple of Cayo heists.. The sparrow is also another 1½ mil..

So yeah, the sub's a bit pricey, especially for a beginning player. Here's my suggestions for a starting player:

Do some Simeon, Gerald or Martin contact jobs (Simeons are easiest, Martin and Gerald missions are fairly close in difficulty). These missions will give you the basics of how to aim, shoot, take cover, aim while covering, snacking, using armor, etc. While you're learning the game or still refining your skills, these are the missions that will be the most forgiving (in both terms of do-ability as well as player frustration/acceptance).

After you've made your first 100k on these missions, hopefully you've found one or two good players that you can hopefully invite to some first & last dose missions. Head up to the yellow "R" just north of the Sandy Shore airport and begin the first first dose mission. This will take you into a chain of missions with significant rewards.

The first 6 missions are called "First Dose" and after the final "First Dose" mission, you will acquire a free acid lab (this not only saves you several hundred thousand dollars but sets you up with your first real passive business). After the 5 "Last Dose" missions, you will be rewarded a sexy looking EV that's priced around 2m in Luxury Autos..

This is not only like saving $2m, but for new players looking to satisfy that itch for a "better car than the free ones", this helps avoid wasting money on cars and modifications early on. Modding cars early on is not in your best interest as there's no return for this. Try to put your money into things that will yield money back, and then mod cars once you've gotten businesses going and can fund those mods easier..

Once you have your acid lab, stay on top of keeping it supplied and stay on top of deliveries once it's full. You can do a free daily production enhancement to speed up productivity, and an upgraded acid lab can return ~$350k for a full delivery and only cost ~$100k if you opt to purchase resupplies instead of running supply missions. Supply missions will fill up one bar while as paying the full price for supplies will fill up the entire inventory (not just one bar). There's 5 bars total and they cost $12k each to fill, so $60k if completely empty.

Next up, Vince's soloable heist. There are several set up missions for this, but you can do all of the setups and the heist 100% solo if you're afraid of mucking it up for others.. or you can have others help you out. In any case, at the end of hosting the heist, you should net 500k for the heist, and that's not adding the other money you collect from setups.

So at this point, between the first 100k, then the Dax missions, and Vince's heist, you should be sitting around 1~1.2m.. you can repeat Vince's heists after the cooldowns if you want, but if you're able to find a friend with a casino heist that's willing to go 50/50 with you on, you can get another mill from that and you're ready to buy something to make big bucks with..

I would personally recommend the arcade directly south of the casino (Videogaddeon) as it's fairly affordable and in a good location. With this, you'll be able to set up and complete casino heists (which I find easier and more enjoyable than Cayo). Both are comparable in terms of payouts, but Cayo is so much more unforgiving that it's upsetting and frustrating more than it is enjoyable. The casino heist has the level of excitement there, a doable challenge, and a rewarding payout.. Cayo eventually has a rewarding payout.. but I'd rather have fun making 90% than be stressed and irritated to make that extra 10%..

Casino heist will get you the funds you need for a sub fairly quickly.. inversely, getting the sub first to run Cayo will get you the funds you need for an arcade.. These are the two most lucrative properties you can get, and I would recommend trying to get them asap. I don't even mess with the passive businesses because I can just set up another heist with the same time and make twice as much..
