Limit it to 60 and see if any of those bugs are still there.
Thing is, a higher or even uncapped framerate can break some engine interactions it seems, and the best/only way to prevent it to glitch is to limit your frames to 60.
That said, I actually use a fps lock of 72 (half my monitor refresh rate) and haven't encountered any problems, but a lock to 60 should be the safest call.
solution keep playing with friends from your region who aren't trying to play on toasters to minimize the issues
gamer need more than fast download speed, when it comes to isp contract, you also need the option to forward ports, have low packet loss ratio ( high ratio is pretty common in mobile or wifi) and good upload
you can easily reproduce by throtteling your hardware or internet
