Voice chat should be enabled by default since they removed text chat

Why is it disabled by default? If you don't want to give us text chat, then give us voice chat on by default people don't have to go in and enable it. Make it on by default so people can hear you.

Voice chat disabled by default ooga booga mean you are unaffected and if it were enabled, you can disable it.

Literally nothing harms you by making the voice chat enabled by default holy ♥♥♥♥. Steam discussions is full of trolls.

Because I get a notification every time someone comments on my post.

End of the day if Rockstar decides they enabled voice chat by default nothing would change for you nor anyone else who is in disagreement with me. Im not opting for a forced voice chat enabled. They removed the text chat, now they need to suffice with some other form of communication which the only other efficient option is voice chat. Your disagreement doesn't change that fact.. You're just disagreeing because you dislike me, and to that I say that's too bad.

You singlehandedly sum up anything that could ever come out of voice chat and more..
