Some people claim they have better performance with the enhanced version but i personnally didn't notice anything different.

along with the HSW upgrades for certain cars Enhanced also gets a few other open world tasks one can do for a bit of extra cash so its not as restrictive to make some decent cash with out the need for GTA+ and Shark Cards

You're misinformed. They didn't remove it, they didn't in fact implement it. There's a line in the updates.cfl file, that reads "Textchat option has not yet been added to online for gen9". They basically ported the console version over to PC with a few tweaks and called it a day. R* being R*. There's a commentary to that line, that talks about chat coming soon.

After migrating my account I decided to make a secondary account.
Won't go into detail of the changes made (spoilers)

But it wasn't a race between myself and Lamar and kicking the player loose to their own demise as expected.

Took what seemed like a couple hours to get that secondary account set up in game.
Nearly every aspect of the opening is different, which came as a huge surprise.

Was just attempting to do a clean slate just to see how profitable the towing company really is, Had forgotten a secondary account shares the same bank account with the primary account. So my bad on not remembering that.
But it was an eyeopener, as without doing that I'd have expected online was still 100% the same in the opening.

It's nothing like it used to be! NOTHING! lol

Maybe my eyes are just bad, but is it really that blurry? I hardly notice a difference with it compared to other options, and I'd rather have it than artifact hell using dlss

A little bit (am in native 4k) but i choose TAA everyday. DLAA is a special TAA so yes no big difference.
AMD FSR is garbage in every game i have tested (RSR is better regarding aliasing) and i guess it's the same for DLSS4.
People need mods in Cyberpunk to not have issues with DLSS or RT...
