Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack 1st time

I just played GTA enhanced and play the online and doesn't have any char on GTA Legacy Online before, how to got the "Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack" ? do i have to play legacy 1st?

you probably have it working. open up your phone > internet > properties, you should see one free bunker, one free weed shop, and one free mc that you can purchase for $0

Not weed shop, it's the Counterfeit Money facility that's free.
And just adding here, that OP should also have a 1 milion of GTA$ banked in his R* Social Club account, the bank account is shared across both Online character, that you can create (or migrate from Legacy). The money should take up to 72 hours from the purchase of the pack, guessing he purchased very recently, because he didn't play Legacy and went right into Enhanced. So check the account OP, if it lists around 1 mega GTA$, it's definitely the CE Starter pack. Then follow the advice from Klutch to "purchase" all the stuff in the game with the "free", or "0" price tag to it.

nope, i still don't get any email or any discount items, should it be on legacy or enhanced?

In my opinion, you are better off using the new character generator than chasing the discontinued CESP. You get $4M, and can choose $3-4M of specific kit instead of the pre-picked weak locations in the CESP, along with better options, while still being able to carry up to $1M forward into game (recommended).

If you own the CESP or not, if you're starting new, use the new character creator. If you're already along your way with a character, then the CESP locations should show as free for both of your characters.

If you purchased it somewhere along the way, and never used it, and really want it over the new character creator, the only avenue would be Legacy first, activate it if they still let you, create your character, double check the expected free stuff is free, then migrate your Legacy characters with CESP items to Enhanced.

alright, so i heard that CESP is taking 2-3 days to claim or at specific level right? so if im migrate my Legacy char to Enhanced, the Enhanced char is replaced?

alright, so i heard that CESP is taking 2-3 days to claim or at specific level right? so if im migrate my Legacy char to Enhanced, the Enhanced char is replaced?

Only if you overwrite it (it will ask you, don't worry). But that's the whole point of migration, isn't it? To use the old character in the new version, what point would there be to have two characters with the same stuff? Even if you only create the character in Legacy in order to activate all the CESP stuff, it's still pretty pointless to migrate it as a backup, or support for your new Enhanced char. If you indeed create a Legacy character, better migrate it and let it overwrite when asked. Use that char from now on. Using one character is enough in this game, who needs 2? For what reason anyway?

Btw claiming in 2 days or at specific levels. It takes roughly 2 - 3 days for R* to verify the purchase/activation of the pack, you should be able to claim the stuff as soon as you enter the game. As for levels, I think they changed it, it used to be a rank 5 (when you unlock the ability to own properties) stuff, but it's now without any rank requirement from what I've heard.

Hey! Thanks a lot for the helpful advice! I just want to ask a couple of questions:

I purchased Grand Theft Auto V: Premium Edition & Whale Shark Card Bundle (included Criminal Enterprise + 4.25mil Shark Card) a few years ago. I only started playing Storymode AFTER Enhanced was released. I haven't touched Legacy yet. I also haven't created any Online characters on Enhanced or Legacy.

If I start Online on Enhanced now, will I get the Whale Shark Card and the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack?

If yes, does that mean I get the "Choose a Criminal Career and get 4,000,000 GTA$" screen AS WELL AS the Criminal Enterprise and Whale Shark Card?
