Why did they remove the ingame chat?

So they removed the ingame chat? Why? What is the reason for that? Does this mean the next GTA will not have ingame chat either? What a terrible move by Rockstar.

I stayed on leg for this reason . I tired enhanced with a new guy and it was boring. People just felt like annoying NPC that get in your way without context. I doubt they will bother adding it back in they will just work on 6. We just pray they bring back text for 6. Dumb thing to remove accessibility. There are people that play video games that can't speak.

full lobby 80+ fps
in legacy it used to lock itself to 54 fps in a full lobby

yeah that filter past few months on legacy was real bad
even normal words was getting cencored
its the same on enhanced with txt messages
sick of seeing forbidden text when typing normal everyday used words
