CPU OPTIMIZATION SUCKS

I saw many videos about GTA V ENHANCED and i wanted to try something funny and found out GPU usage is not good in 1440p and 1080p . The funny part i tested using 4090 and 14700KF and found out my GPU USAGE was on (45 to 55) which is not ok and the game is stuttering too which everyone says in benchmarks and X .So i think there is something wrong with this game specially in CPU utilization side.

just curious, what monitor do you game on... i have a rtx4080 and 9900k on a
Alienware AW3423DW and at 1440p maxed out every setting using dlss quality and I really dont see any stuttering.

your fps?
game is stuttering hard above 120fps because of the engine. but lower than 120fps you can see the spikes using msi after burner.
for this test i used one my other monitors named VG279QM 240HZ 1080P

Because of your setup not the engine.

0 issues running 4K maxed with full RT at 160 fps with 3080 12GB and 13900k on Odyssey G7 4K 144hz with 990 Pro NVME and 32GB of ram.

My game runs better when i use the framerate cap set to 120, any other method i see jitters when panning the camera, no stutters though when traveling

ofc! capping the fps helps but not eliminates stuttering.

my framerate doesn't drop below the frame cap, does yours ?

im getting cpu bottleneck so im around 95 to 120 and my gpu usage(4090 and 14700KF) is 45 to 55 which i mentioned above. cpu utilization is not good in this games and i think it refueses to use the cores . as a test ofc

then you need to cap ur frame rate to below 95

the game uses mainly one core, try to increase your single core performance as much as you can. lets hope they can fix this

better of upgrading to a CPU that has better single core performance i would think. Overclocking has limitations

Intel ruined something so bad with 13 / 14 gen of CPU .
Found some video about "what PC built is best to have ? "
And turns out that all CPUs 13 / 14 gen are broken for gaming , and (can you believe ?) that I3 is the only one which doesnt making problems .

game run fine for me 9900k ,

then you need to cap ur frame rate to below 95

the fact is this is an optimization issue its shouldn't have a massive bottleneck like this

12 gen , and under works fine .
13 / 14 are bad .
