Riding the train

Riding the train is probably my favourite thing to do in GTA V. Yes, I know, technically, it's not 'game play' but who cares!
I've been doing it many times in the Legacy version but tonight was the first time it did it in the enhanched version. I have to say, good job on the new version! I have a 2080 TI and everything ran really smooth and looked really good.
I had a cool beverage and I enjoyed the trip.

I took my first ride on the train last night. Too bad that no NPC's get on.

If it's too boring for you, try to make the cops really angry, then jump on the train! They will chase you but the train doesn't stop so they will be in the background shouting 'we got you surrounded!'. Heh heh, do you?
There will be helicopters but that's not anything a rocket blaster can't fix..

There is one spot where it does stop for a short while. I think it's around Davis Quarry or maybe it's a bit further north?

Yes, that is also very relaxing. I'm more of a 'digital tourist' than a player, if I'm being honest.
Going to check out the quarry and see what's up with that.
Oh, and there is a mod that let's you drive the train, although I have no idea if that works nowadays:

I tried it in GTA V Legacy and I managed to get it running without any problem. Could accelerate, decrease speed and stop the train.
Going to try it in Enhanced later. Since it is a LUA Mod it shouldn't require Scripthook (which doesn't work in enhanced right now). I'll keep you posted.

Unfourtunately, it doesn't seem to work in enhanced. Maybe the mod need scripthook after all.
