BattlEye keeps kicking me out of sessions
As soon as I start GTA Online, I will see the message “You were kicked from the session by BattlEye. Please return to Grand Theft Auto V.” message appears and I am excluded from the session. I don't use cheats and I haven't installed any mods since I upgraded to the enhanced version. I have tried everything, reinstalling BattlEye, starting in an invite-only session, etc., but it still keeps excluding me. What should I do?

I have a sub player, but it is the same on both main and sub. When I play with a friend, I can't play properly because I am frequently excluded. Also, although it was not always the case, I would frequently time out when connecting to a public session or a session with friends (invite-only or friends-only sessions). Sometimes the timeout would send me straight to a public session, but more often than not, I would be excluded by BattlEye immediately after the timeout.

We reinstalled BattlEye, reinstalled Rockstar Games Launcher, checked the integrity of the game files, and reinstalled the game, but to no avail.

How can I check for problems with BattlEye?
I too am having somewhat similar issues with BattlEye kicking my from the Enhanced version. I have reinstalled, verified files, looking at even the BE service code, while looking at troubleshooting for rockstar games and BattlEye. But I can for sure say that some of my files are not 100% there as I installed the game to my "beefier" PC we'll call it. So some where in the lines my files are most likely downloaded improperly or something, or I have majorly screwed myself. But for the most part maybe it is good to get off of this forsaken game. Best of luck in resolving this issue and or anyone who has a similar dilemma.

Damned BattlEye started the same thing after moving the game to another machine (as it doesn't crash the ERR_GFX_STATE error). When trying to join freemode from the menu, it kept kicking me out.

However, it let me join friends, and then there was no issue changing to any random freemode session. After doing some cache cleaning with Revo Uninstaller, it looks like everything is back to normal and it stopped acting up.

(Originally it was a clean, vanilla Windows 11 LTSC install with nothing to interfere with the game.)

Thank you all for your advice.
I uninstalled the antivirus software as a trial and this phenomenon stopped.
Apparently the Trend Micro antivirus software causes false positives for BattlEye.

this is extremely average umong anticheats that record lobby behavior. It's a kernnel level anticheat - You can delete it with the command in CMD in admin mode
sc delete BEService

I have already executed that command several times. I also added it to the exclusion list, but it had no effect, so I finally decided to uninstall it.

Malwarebytes was causing Bluescreens for me for a similar issue. If anyone checks this thread, disable all overlays, anything that would try and put a .dll into the game (Discord overlay, Nvidia overlays, antiviruses that try and check the memory, performance monitoring software, etc)
