Karin S95 took my money, no update on Support Ticket in 3 days?

Is there something Im missing? The Free HSW Car took my money even though it said 'Free' boldly on it. Support ticket has yielded no results or response

I got my money back today. Took about a week it seems. They still haven't responded on the ticket itself though.

I submitted a ticket when this happened to me last week and it was resolved the next day. (money returned to me).

Today I logged in and saw I got reimbursed again for the same amount.

I thought the free HSW upgrade (for GTA+) was ONLY for the Deveste 8 Super? I may be incorrect, but that is the car I used it on. The only other free HSW upgrade I know if is the one you get for doing the HSW tutorial race with Hao. I used that on my Hakuchou Drag.

The Karin S95 is a 1 time free vehicle for ALL GTA Online Players, the Deveste is for GTA+ this month.

Hopefully I get reimbursed soon... my ticket was sent March 5th. Do you get any in-game notification that you've received a refund?

Dunno what it was for, but I got a fully tricked out S95 for free as a "returning" player. Top-tier Hao upgrades across the board and I don't have GTA+ at all.

For the first day or so Enhanced was live the Karin S95 showed in store as discounted to $0, and you'd receive a message and text saying it was a returning player gift. When you claimed it however, it charged you the $1.99M full price instead of it being free as advertised.

The very first post-release patch they removed (fixed) it appearing as free in game.
