Migrate back to legacy version

How can you move progress from story mode back to GTA V enhanced? All my mods don't work anymore :(

I started playing GTA V just a day ago. But as soon as I try to install a car mod, tutorials tell me that its not possible as OPENIV is not updated yet and is unlikely to update. I started on the enhanced version but can I change back to GTA V legacy with my story mode progress?

I know you can't change back in online mode, but can u change back only in story mode?

I assume reading the numerous notices in modding communities is beneath you? They told people to be wary of exactly that.

Storymode saves shouldn't have 'moved' anyway. They should still exist in my docs / rockstar games / gtav / profiles / profilename / as sgta files. Then, there is the offchance you use cloudsaves, so you can enable that and pull them down on legacy again if you don't have backups.

If you ONYL have enhanced progress, of course you can try moving your sgta files from.... my docs / rockstar games / gtav enhanced / profiles / profilename to the location mentioned above. No guarantee it works though.

I manually migrated both and when I launched the game it asked me if I wanted the ones I moved, or the blank ones in the cloud. I selected the ones I manually moved and haven't had an issue thus far.
