Can't Login to Rockstar

Thought I'd give GTA Enhanced a go but have not logged into RS for 3 years and, when logging in, I get an error, "sorry, we've sent too many emails to this address, so can't verify your details at this time. Please try again later".

This happens on website and launcher, and trying again later elicits the same error.

I'm assuming it's trying to email me to verify my account, but I never receive a mail. Although, I successfully reset my password, and that works, so my account is obviously live.

Can't log a ticket with RS as you need to log in to do so (which is very stupid, but hey).

Anyone seen and resolved this error?
