Has vehicle handling been changed?
I'm not sure if I'm feeling things that aren't there but handling on some cars seems different. I can still break loose if I try, but the cars seem a bit more planted than before.

Can't say I noticed anything like that. Which car?

All of them so far. Not noticeable to me in the cars that don't generally break loose when turning like the average NPC slow cars, but I've driven a couple sports cars so far and they just feel slightly different. I just played regular GTA and GTA Online and in the enhanced edition it just seems like some cars seem to have slightly better handling. Again I could be seeing things that just aren't there or it could be a side effect of playing with better graphics where it may be tricking my brain/eyes but to me they feel heavier or more planted or something. Hard to describe how it feels to me when driving.
You could run a circuit in the same car in both editions and compare the lap times.

Honestly it'd prove nothing. My consistency on track in this game isn't great. My lap times even in the same car can vary enough to negate any gains even if handling has changed.
I knew I wasn't the only one that noticed, vehicles definitely have a tighter turn radius. This is most noticeable on motorcycles at speed.
No, but the game is running smoother, so I suspect that that could be the reason.

The best way I can describe it is that the cars almost feel like they have some stronger traction control or more downforce or something. It feels weird because to me it feels like it turns easier, but also feels understeery because it doesn't seem to break traction as easily. It still does, just requires a bit more effort it seems. It's the tiniest of changes if its actually different and its not just me going mental waiting for GTA 6 to come out.
