Aslo ligth panel changing it colors when cops are chasing you it blinking with red-blue. When you choose character it changes color. Green, blue or yellow.
Make sure that you have disabled Stean input System. ))
Yep, I second that. In Legacy the game has shown me xbox icons for my DS II, while the Steam Input was on. When I disabled it, the controller didn't work at all. No such issue in Enhanced, disabling Steam Input made the DS II work flawlessly, showing PS5 icons instead of xbox ones. And the feedback from driving/shooting is a whole new experience compared to Legacy, including vibrations from more things than just driving over speed bumps.
You can press a little bit right trigger, very gentle and then the character aims from the hip. You need to press until you feel resistance. There is an imitation of the weapon's release. The vibration goes in time with the recoil, for example, of a machine gun.
Also touchpad is usable. Swiping left or right you can select weapons. Right swipe - next weapon, left swipe - previous. By swiping up and down you switching the radio stations.
About vibration. It differs depending on the surface you are driving on. If you are driving on sand, the gamepad vibrates strongly. If you are driving on a road with small holes, the gamepad vibrates slightly. The triggers also imitate the gas and brake pedals.
So now I can play without wire connected to PC. I thought, all this features working only via wire, but no. It works via bluetooh too! Great!
Playin game where is native support of Dualsense by emulating Xbox controller using Dualsense...
It's not perfect but it has its uses. Some games (like Deathloop) only support the original Dualsense but not the Edge. Telling DSX to emulate DS inputs lets you use adaptive triggers, haptics and the speaker functionality.
It's also useful for emulating DS4 in certain games that have the controller prompts, like AC3 Remastered. Steam input doesn't always work in cases like that and mods aren't always available.
Though I agree, if you're telling it to emulate 360 controllers it's a bit of a waste, unless you want "fake" adaptive trigger support or something for shooters or racing games.
Basically Adaptive Triggers are there while not the Haptic Feedback, which is the top feature of the Dual Sense.
Rockstar not releasing a lame product on PC would not be Rockstar, so we are in line.
