Report a translation problem
Anti-Aliasing: to SMAA (?) or MSAA (?) instead of TAA - TAA is notoriously blurry. There is only TAA, FXAA, or Off.
Scaling: DLSS or FSR Quality or otherwise, can also be blurry - try disabling it.
I also think setting Shader to anything above Normal will enable things like bloom and haze, but Normal unfortunately disables some other light effects as well.
Put sharpness to max.
Disable cinetic and background blur.
