is there a way to transfer settings i dont wanna put all the setteings from all over again, especially the controls

There is my docs / rockstar games / gtav / settings.xml for graphics - didn't test
There's my docs / rockstar games / gtav / profiles / <profilename>....
pc_settings.bin, cfg.dat, cloudsavedata.dat, possibly even a 'control' folder.

Stuff would move to
my docs / rockstar games / gtav enhanced - into their matching locations.

Just listing the files. I only personally moved my game saves (the sgta files), redid the rest. If something goes wonky.... you know which files to yank. They did add/remove many graphics options, who knows what else was done within those files.

You look at all the other threads of people complaining about having that problem as well... try their suggestions, and commiserate with them there if it doesn't work.
