Could also just go add up all the 3/7 modified time stamp files throughout the game folder. And if we saw variation across that... who knows. We should all technically be using the same 'everything' ---- assuming we were all uptodate, from the yesterday.
As for the notes - yes, they are generally slow at releasing/updating them. Sometimes they appear in posts of theirs that are months old.
guess we will know at some later point what the Patch actually does.

So nothing to fix the actual performance of the game, underwater FPS, or crashes when purchasing brass knuckles and some weapon paints.... Neat.
