My review and how I transferred save files
Where is that guy who was saying:
-Deleted GTA V Legacy for space
-Download GTA V Enhanced
-downloaded Legacy again to migrate data

I was worried because I uninstalled Legacy to download the Enhanced Edition due to storage issues and someone said you have to download Legacy again to migrate data. Then I launched Enhanced Edition, and the game started with the first mission. I closed it, dragged and dropped my save files into the Enhanced Edition folder in Documents.

Go to:
C:\Users\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\Profiles
Drag and drop the folder to:
C:\Users\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTAV Enhanced\Profiles
Open the game, and you’ll see a Cloud Sync Conflict pop-up.
I selected "Select all local data" because cloud data was not working for me.

in online you will see a migrate button click enter.

-Started the game again, but it still loaded the first mission.
-Restarted once more, and this time, it loaded my last saved location.

I had a backup of my save files. when I first tried to download them from the cloud, it said "No save file on cloud!" What? The files were saved, but it still showed no saved files in the cloud.

DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS VERSION IF YOU DON'T HAVE A GOOD PC!

-It stutters in online mode and sometimes even in story mode.
-I saw some people facing stutters even on high-end systems, so keep that in mind.

I started GTA Online and was getting 70-90 FPS (RT OFF). Closed the game, came back later with the same settings in the same location, and now I was getting 25-40 FPS. and also online doesn't have text chat :(

sometimes it looks good better than Legacy sometimes feels blurry and washed out. don't know why? (Noticed this in story mode)

Some people are saying "There is no difference"—bro, seriously? Are you blind? You can’t see the ray tracing? Watch some videos, and you’ll see the difference!! Some don’t even know what ray tracing is. some are brainwashed by watching videos like "GTA V ULTRA DOUBLE SUPER REALISTIC 32K RTX 8090 WET ROADS."

Other than ray tracing, there are no major changes. If your GPU can handle this with RT ON, or you’re getting playable FPS and the game isn’t stuttering, then play Enhanced Edition. If not, just play Legacy, you’ll get better FPS!

Two different versions are good as well as bad because if someone doesn’t want to play Enhanced Edition due to performance loss or stutters, they can stick to Legacy, but if I’m playing Enhanced Edition and my friend is playing Legacy, we can’t play together.

Conclusion
If you have a good PC that can run this with RT ON at good frame rates, or you’re getting playable FPS in online and story mode with RT OFF and the game isn't stuttering, then play Enhanced Edition. If not, just go back to Legacy—you’ll get better performance and a smoother experience.

It’s recommended and not recommended at the same time. I played and faced issue so for me it's not recommended
