4080 Super 60+ FPS???
Does someone experience this? All on ULTRA and 50-60 FPS, on legacy it is 200+... I dont need this unoptimized game in this case....

Put DLSS Quality (it looks better than native too), you're welcome :lunar2020gigglemonkey:

You can also drop Global Illumination and Ambient Occlusion to High if you are still concerned about your FPS, this won't change much visually.

It's optimized, because you should get 10-20 FPS at best.
You can change RTIndirectDiffuse_SecondBounce_Enabled to true in settings.xml, if you want more unoptimized experience.

3080 12gb with the same maxed RT maxed everything else at native 4K gets around 55 average around the city (legion square for example)

Definitely running well, but then I would get the same FPS in cyberpunk with only RT shadows and reflections (RT lighting off) at native 4K with peaks of around 70-75 and a minimum of 45, like in GTA Enhanced.

So the performance is about what you would expect and has been implemented really well by Rockstar and I don't like this company much so I'm not quick to praise them, just need to enable DLSS and non-problem solved

RTX 3070, 1440p, DLSS quality, very high RT preset, I get 100-130 fps, this is one of the best optimized games I've seen with raytracing.
You have not mentioned your CPU, could be bottlenecked there rather than at the GPU. I am on a 5700X and 4080S and cap at 72 FPS. It varies, drops to 50's in places sometimes, but sticks at 72 most of the time

I am on 9800X3D with a Undervolted 4080 and get 90fps 4k DLAA at max settings.

There is something weird going on.
Nothing changes in regards to FPS on my system when playing at 4k or WQHD. It seens I'm always getting 72-80 fps max no matter the config.
Even when changing DLLS from quality to performance I get the same results,

CPU usage is at 30%
GPU at 97-99%

specs:

13600K
RTX 4080
32 DDR4

What resolution are you gaming at and what processor are you using? I use a 9800X3D with a 4080 non-super and at 1440p with everything cranked I get above 100 fps the majority of the time and thats without using any frame-scaling. I've been playing for 13 hours and performance seems to be pretty consistent, there is the odd microstutter from time to time but nothing gamebreaking so far. I'm not sure what the issue could be but at least make sure the Nvidia App (if you use it) isn't "optimizing" your game as that could mess things up. Are you using the latest Forceware 572.70 driver?

Ive got a 780m and with all the settings maxed, Ray tracing with all settings on and fsr 3 on quality im getting 45 to 60 fps.

The game seems fairly optimized.

Take a look at V-sync in the game setting, there is one who caps your fps at 50% of your monitor refresh
Typicaly you have 144hz monitor, it will cap at 72

Yea I have the same issue op, my system is not nearly strong, but it cant keep a stable 60 fps. it just dips from 40-60, no matter settings or even using dlss quality/performance etc.

DLSS is terrible in this game. DLAA looks great, but all the other dlss settings are super smeary, obviously wasnt trained properly for this game.

And it doesnt even matter, putting settings to low, setting dlss to performance, only nets me a few more fps. Like I said before, I noticed battle eye and rockstar games doing stuff in the background, while in a single player game, I wonder if that could have something to do with it.

I turned the raytracing settings down a little bit, and that helped, but the problem is still there.

Something aint right lol.
i have a 3080ti and I get 80-100 fps max settings. 1440p MIND YOU.
Bro, solid 60+ on a 2070s, All settings maxed to Very High or Ultra (RT too).

The Fullscreen mode in this game is kind of borked, tho. You can only hit framerates your monitor allows through windows display settings via refresh rates. If your monitor can handle 240hz at 1080 but only 60-90 at 4k then tough luck -- as unlocking vsync won't even matter.

I have a 4080 and a 5700x (bought a 9800x3d, just waiting for the motherboard and ram sticks to get delivered so i can build a new system for me).

With the 4080 and the 5700x, i've been getting between 55~70 fps with maxed settings. DLSS doesn't increase the FPS.
Looking at the usage percentages, CPU stays in 60%~70% while crusing through the city, GPU stayst at 40~50%. So it probably is a CPU bottleneck.

I'm playing on 3440x1440 (or, 1440p ultrawide).
I have a 4080 Super and I keep getting stuttering. Tried limiting the frame rate in game and via the Nvidia control panel and nothing works. Anyone else having this problem or a solution to it?
