BattlEye is Annoying
It keeps kicking me out of GTA online before I even have the chance to even do anything. It just returns me to the main menu. It sucks that this is required and I’ve seen people say that R* customer service sucks. Is there anyway to prevent this from happening?

Do you have it downloaded and installed, and enabled in the R* launcher in settings?

And yeah their service is horrible, i don't recommend sending in a ticket myself.

Is it enabled in the launcher settings? There's a check box for it.

Disabling it will work?

How do you know it's BE causing the issue ?

Because it syas before sending me to the main menu, "BattlEye has kicked you" when I'm still loading into the game.

I'm assuming you need to keep it filled in "Enabled" for BE to work online properly. For Single Player it can be off, and even uninstalled.

Just did a serch:

"BattlEye has kicked you" means that the BattlEye anti-cheat system has detected something on your computer that it considers suspicious, causing you to be automatically disconnected from the online game you are playing; this could be due to potential cheating, a software conflict, or a problem with your system configuration

So it could be like a modding program like Vortex or LOOT?

Remove it you have it and see if that fixes the issue
I did everything I could, and it's still kicking me.

You need to be very thorough when removing mods
