Possible to permanently turn off the radio?

everytime i enter new jobs i have to manually cycle between radios to turn it off, is there a setting or trick to permanently have it off?

i know you can set preferences in the interaction menu, such as turn off stations and such. I don't know if this would change/affect the stations when you're loading into a job
