Migration saying i dont have a GTA online profile
I have a legacy character and when i go to migrate it says that no online profile exists. Ive logged into my legacy account and everything is there no bans or anything. Is anyone else experiencing this?

from console or Pc? Did you confirms if you still access legacy character on legacy gta5 game?

Its a pc account and yes im able to play on legacy and all my progress is still there.

Yes they are enabled i contacted rockstar support and they just gave some generic ass reply no other choice than to wait it out i guess

Were you able to fix the error? I have the same problem, but can´t find a solution anywhere.
Got the same generic response. They even closed one ticket without actually answering anything. Took me like 7 separate tickets to just get nowhere.

Obviously telling their staff not to give any info that can then be disputed.

I had no bans on my account either. I once got hit with a money drop but reported it right away and was told I wouldn't be affected by ban waves.

Apparently it could be due to not getting far enough in the game, but I don't see why they would have changed such from Legacy and if they have, why not just say? The vagueness tells me they are reneging on their agreement that the money drop would not affect me.

Not going to buy Shark Cards or buy Online Plus if this is their behaviour. Gives me no faith in them.

R* launcher cloud save, not Steam.

Then you just have to start Enhanced, go online directly, it will ask if you want to import.
