Report a translation problem
This is very sad, i cannot continue further storyline and forced to play online.
- Enable fullscreen
- 60 Hz
- Turn off raytracing, DLSS, NVIDIA Reflex
- Don't push the trailer into the river as fast
IDK if it works, I haven't tried it yet.
But the game does have known issues if you run it over something like 120fps
and those existed in legacy too, but in enhanced they given the ability to let the fps go nuts
The above is definitely worth a shot.

I wrote about this solution in this thread recently. It helped me and someone else, you can try it.
I managed to complete the mission after disabling DLSS and setting the graphics to the minimum.
Just to be sure, after reading your comments, I took my time to push Ortega's caravan with the car, and the cutscene triggered, allowing me to move on to the next mission :D
