Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced

Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced

View Stats:
Low FPS underwater
On my RX580 PC, the game runs at 60fps at max settings with no RT since the card doesn't support RT (Post FX is set to Normal) in most places, and 40-55fps around the grassy areas. But, as soon as the camera is underwater, it dips to around 20fps.

Is it because the underwater view is really demanding or Rockstar forgot to optimize it?

Set Water Quality to Normal and/or Reflection Quality to High for a workaround

reflection in High was enough for me
