When logging into gta online, it gives you this message. Help, the support service has been silent for 3 days now.

Find the pc_settings file in your rockstar games savegame folder, and delete it.

I'm running into this same issue. Single player is fine, just the online mode is an issue.

Thanks. That said I did all that and more and still running into the issue. Thinking it very well may be on RS side.

I found a solution to the problem at my side. In Russia, YouTube and discord are blocked, and in order to use them, I turned on one of the program to bypass the blocking . After closing of this program, gta online began to work normally. Maybe you have about the same stuff?

go to \Documents\Rockstar Games\GTAV Enhanced\Profiles\<profile folder> and delete the "pc_settings.bin". then it should work again. You need to redo some settings tho.
