Is Anti-Cheat actually legit or is there no difference from GTA 5 Legacy?

The main reason people should be playing this is for THE ANTI-CHEAT.
Is it good? Does it Work? Do people still get their PC's hacked while playing? Is your IP still shown to everyone?

AFAIK: Currently there is no publicly available cheats for enhanced. Obviously it's only a matter of time, due to its a new version. BE still the same, nothing new on side of AC.
