I can't play GTA Online cuz... bug?

Hi, i have a big problem. I want to play GTA Online but when i made character (maybe 15th time) It said that "Hi! Thanks for playing GTA V Online [...]" and again said that i have to choose character. When i overwrite character it said that its problem with transaction (For information i have starter criminal pack) Thanks for help (+ Im not native im sorry if i have any mistake)
