Issues with the Enhanced Version
Stutter and / or horrible frame pacing when not using the 30,40 or 60 fps cap. Even worse when using DLAA, FSR or Reflex

EDIT: They fixed it

I do think there is frame pacing issues, i have a rock stable fps on a solid high end system.
No fps drops at all, tried everything it just does not feel smooth despite good fps.
noticed framepacing issue on gta emhanced with 'Hardware Scheduling' enabled. try put this off in windows gaming settings. (3090ti i7-9700k). lots more consistant on my system with RT-high. (also this setting enabled, messes with my/your taskmanager graph. showing avarage performance(opencl/cuda) and removing dedicated cuda graphs)

same issues here can run the game with 120 fps without raytrace but it stutters when camera is moved around like micro stutters and new driver did nothing to fix it.

I have an i9-11900KF, AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT and 64GB RAM and even with Ray Tracing Reflections and Illumination on the stuttering is worse but is still there when it is off. I have everything on Ultra or Very High and Extended Distance Scaling off and I still get poor performance. It's most likely an optimisation issue.

Something to try that I noticed tonight is turn off long shadows if you have them on. I realized I didn't have them on when I was tweaking settings. I turned them on with a few other changes, and I started getting the stuttering so many have been talking about. After messing with some settings, turning off long shadows what was causing the new stuttering I didn't have before. Hope this helps someone.
How is the framerate underwater when looking up?
My framerate goes from about 118 to 126 when looking down to up at the sky while underwater.
I have a 5800X3D and a 4080S with 32gb of ram and the game runs beautifully until it doesn't. Absolutely HUGE stutter spikes where the whole game will freeze for what feels like half a second or more at random intervals. Capping the frame rate in game makes no difference, reflex on or off makes no difference, only turning off ray tracing seems to fix it and that defeats the purpose of playing this version.

as someone else found out, try not using DLSS and instead use FSR3
No issues on my 4 year old PC with a 5600 amd & 2060 RTX. did anyone think to UPDATE drivers before loading a new game? 9999999% of the issues y'all have would be non-existent if you actually did everything to make sure YOUR system wasn't the cause of issues.

It was not great on my 1660 Super but now it crashes with an "ERR_GFX_STATE" error message. But my lovely 1050 has no issues and it chugs along just fine like before :D

Updates, integrity checks, quitting Afterburner, removing SGA files etc. didn't help with the issue.
