Issues with the Enhanced Version
Stutter and / or horrible frame pacing when not using the 30,40 or 60 fps cap. Even worse when using DLAA, FSR or Reflex

EDIT: They fixed it

Which Nvidia cards?
Same with me… rtx 4080, Ryzen 9 5900x 32gb RAM, ssd nvme
Cap to 140 FPS externally (the Nvidia Control Panel will work fine). It has the same issues the original did above that framerate.

same on 3080

The 120 cap isn't even a problem. The game stutters in general
If you have turned up Extended distance scaling then turn this down or off as this is a cpu killer, it will drastically reduce stutter and improve performance a fair chunk too

The 120 FPS cap isn't there anymore. They just raised it to 162, but it ruins the frametimes like playing the original over 140 FPS does.
I do notice some stuttering that wasn't there in the original, but the 162 FPS cap is just atrocious in this one.

Which is odd as I can run the game maxed out with raytracing at 60fps at 1080p no problem. Not a single hitch or stutter.

Even a stable 40 fps has frame pacing issues or stutter it's insane and it probably has something to do with DX12 since I can't fix it with any other external tool

Me too. And no one is talking about underwater stutter. Well, we waited 3 years, might as well wait one more month or more for the patch.
New game ready drivers just went up for nvidia cards today. They specificially call out DLSS and Ray Tracing support for GTAV Enhanced edition. It might help

I have installed the new driver hours ago, it literally changed nothing. The new driver doesn't offer a profile for the game in the nvidia app.

thanks, grabbed, ddu'ing and installing now
same issues here can run the game with 120 fps without raytrace but it stutters when camera is moved around like micro stutters and new driver did nothing to fix it.
