Rockstar released update that increased FPS cap to around 165 however it's causing bad frametimes and frame pacing.
Rockstar released update that increased GTA V Enhanced FPS Cap to around ~165 FPS.
However they did that implementation very poorly causing bad frame pacing causing frametimes to be all over the place.

i'm having lower fps than what i've had yesterday. guess rockstar really loves pc gamers.

Me, too. 75 FPS yesterday but 30-40 today.
